Preorders
Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded but they can be transferred to someone else, if you wish. This is because once preorder ends or all dolls have sold out, I have already placed the order for production and cannot change the order quantity. If you need to transfer your preorder slot to someone else, please email me at YummySweetsDolls@gmail.com, and I will update your record to reflect the information of the person your slot was transferred to.
Once you receive your doll from preorder, as it was an order customized to your preferences, they are not eligible for returns.
Doll Casting Imperfections Disclaimer
Creating a doll is a complex process that involves many steps that are completed by hand. As such, this can lead to small imperfections which are considered normal and not defective. I will perform a quality check on each doll before they leave for their new home. While these are not common, these types of imperfections from the casting process are not a basis for refunds or returns:
Seam lines and parting lines
Sanding marks and rough surfaces
Small scratch marks and shiny spots
Small resin discoloration
and other imperfections from the hand-made casting process
