There are a limited number of dolls available, so requests will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Complete blank base set doll (see below “Base Set Includes” for details): $685 + shipping

• Add additional face plate: + $50 each

• Layaway option: up to 8 months with initial $200 deposit for each doll ordered (for example, it is about $60/mo after deposit with 8 month layaway without shipping for one base set doll)

Special Discount

• If you order more than one doll, a 10% discount will be applied automatically to your entire order. This applies to both layaways and full payment. The deposit per doll is still $200, however.

Please note that face ups for the preorder are not painted by me personally, but designed by me and painted by my caster’s artists. All face up styles and colors are the same for all skin tones. Face ups are matte (you can add gloss where you like!) and don’t include eyelashes. Click on each picture to zoom in!

Payment Information (please read carefully!)

• All payments are done through PayPal only.

• Up to 8 months layaway available with $200 nonrefundable deposit. At least one payment needs to be made by the end of each month for the layaway to continue. All layaway payments are nonrefundable. Missing a payment jeopardizes the layaway agreement and the layaway may be cancelled without refund of any payments. Doll(s) will only ship after all payments have been made. Payments can be made early (in this case, the doll(s) would ship earlier, too!)

• After submitting an order form, you will receive a PayPal invoice requesting payment if your request to join the preorder is successful. If layaway is requested, at least $200 PER DOLL must be made in order to secure your spot in the preorder.

• You should click the box “make partial payment” or “pay other amount” on your invoice to make your layaway payment every month.

• I cannot send reminder emails every month requesting layaway payments (PayPal does not make this easy). Please manage your payment schedule on your own to make sure payments are made on time. I suggest setting a reminder on your phone!

• Full payment or deposit for layaway is due by the time the preorder period ends officially on Oct 19, otherwise, your preorder slot may be given to someone else. Please email me if this is an issue, and I may make an exception.

FAQs

How long does production take?

• Production alone will take approximately 4-5 months after the preorder ends. Shipping from the caster will add some additional time, plus some time for me to check and package everything, for a total of around 6 months. I will package and ship dolls as soon as I receive them. If there are any production delays, I will make sure everyone is always informed.

What clothes can Orchid wear?

• Wigs: 6-7” with wig caps (recommended) or stretchy 5-6” wigs. My Orchid shares wigs with most Minifee and Unoa dolls. Her head is the same size as Lotus’s head.

• Tops and dresses: Slim MSD, Minifee size, as long as they are not fitted. She will also fit Lotus’s tops and dresses. I have had good success with MDD outfits as well.

• Bottoms: Slim MSD or Minifee with a lot of stretch, most regular MSD, or MDD. She will also fit Lotus’s bottoms, with a tiny little bit more stretch.

• Shoes: They can wear most shoes made for slim MSDs or Minifees (their feet measure 5cm in length). I cannot make a recommendation on heeled shoes, however, as Lotus’s heels were made especially for her high heel feet.

Are their hands/feet magnetic?

• Orchid has removable magnetic hands and feet.

Can I buy multiple dolls?

• Yes. You just need to submit an order form for each doll you want to order. All of your orders will be combined into one PayPal invoice. If you need layaway, each doll will require the $200 deposit up front (for example, if you want to buy 2 dolls on layaway, a $400 deposit will be required).

• If you order more than one doll, a 10% discount will be applied automatically to your entire order. This applies to both layaways and full payment. The deposit per doll is still $200, however.

How does layaway work exactly?

• After you submit the order form, I will send you a PayPal invoice that allows for you to “make partial payment” or “pay other amount” if you are accepted into the preorder. I will include your payment plan with your invoice as a message, and all you have to do is go back to the invoice every month to pay your monthly amount as a partial payment. You can pay early, too. The doll will ship as soon as she is out of production, shipped to me, checked, and all payments are made.

Disclaimers

• Skin colors may appear different on screen than in real life depending on different monitor settings

• I will carefully inspect each doll before sending them to their new homes, but please understand that because all of these dolls are completely hand-made that there may rarely be small imperfections that aren’t consider defects

• Understand that these dolls are not toys and are intended for adult collectors

• I live in a house with two cats and a dog. You may want to take caution if you have severe allergies to cats and dogs

• Customers outside of the USA may have to pay import fees/duties/taxes that I cannot be responsible for

• I fully insure every package that I mail out. If a package gets lost, I can offer a full refund or a replacement doll. For international orders, I can only offer a replacement doll unless the full value of the package is declared.

Ordering Form

After you submit the form, if you are accepted into the preorder, you will receive an invoice from me from paypal (give me 24-48 hours to send you an invoice, usually at night). If the dolls have sold out by the time you submit your form, I will send you an email informing you of such.

Please note: If layaway is requested, a payment of at least $200 PER DOLL must be received before your preorder slot can be secured. If full payment is requested, the full payment is required before your preorder slot can be secured. Full payment or deposit must be made before the preorder period is over (October 19), or your spot may be given to someone else. If this is an issue, please send me an email to see if I can make an exception for you.
